Across fintech, climate finance, infrastructure development, AI, and hydrological systems, our team has spent years working on the same underlying challenge: how to translate complex real-world systems into decisions that capital can act on.

Before building Celeste, members of the team designed financial strategies for global institutions, built products inside high-growth technology companies, evaluated climate and infrastructure investments across emerging markets, and worked directly with environmental data and watershed systems. Others have architected scalable software and AI systems capable of supporting complex financial and operational platforms.

We are engineers, investors, strategists, and builders who believe that solving the water crisis is fundamentally a systems design problem. It requires connecting basin science, corporate supply chains, financial markets, and public investment into one coherent decision framework.

With training from institutions like Stanford and Harvard, and experience spanning fintech, climate adaptation, infrastructure, AI, and global startups, the Celeste team is building the financial intelligence layer needed to mobilize capital for water resilience at planetary scale.
